Hussain Al Obeidli is the Chief Human Capital and Administration Officer at Injazat.
In this capacity, he is responsible for defining and delivering Injazat’s human resource strategy in support of the firm’s overarching business plan. As such, he oversees all recruitment and retention processes, including talent management, change management, succession planning, as well as organizational and performance management.
Over a 25-year period Al Obeidli has gained a tremendous experience across numerous leadership positions, including his role as the Vice President of Corporate Support - Human Capital, helping to establish Finance and Procurement at Malaffi, the Head of Human Resources for the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey at GE Power and the Chief Human Resource Officer at Mubadala GE Capital.
Engaged in his local community, he has been a Board Member of the Al Thiqah Projects for Employment and Rehabilitation for the Handicapped for over eight years and continues to serve as a Human Resource Advisor to the Future Centre for Special Needs in Abu Dhabi.
He holds a master’s degree in Human Resources from Preston University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Southeastern University in the United States.
